We want you to be happy with your invitation. This policy explains when a refund is available. Because each invitation is a personalised service, refunds depend on how much work has already been done.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started preparing your invitation, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
After work has started
Once we have started designing your invitation but before it is published, you may receive a partial refund reflecting the work already completed. We will explain the amount clearly before processing.
After delivery
Once your invitation is published and the link is delivered, the service is considered complete and is generally non-refundable. If something is wrong on our side (for example an error we made), we will fix it at no extra cost.
Custom and premium work
Fully custom designs and Premium packages involve significant individual work. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once design has begun.

Processing time
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, but we initiate refunds promptly after approval.
