These Terms of Service govern your use of LoveLeaf and the invitations we create for you. By submitting a request or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
LoveLeaf creates a personal online wedding invitation page based on the details you provide, and gives you a link to share with your guests. Depending on your package, your invitation may include a day program, photo gallery, map link and an online RSVP form.
2. Orders and process
After you submit a request, our team reviews it and contacts you to confirm the details. We then prepare a first draft, you review it, and after your approval we publish the final invitation and send you the link.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices for our packages are shown on the website and are quoted in Armenian Dram (AMD). The final price depends on the package and any additional options you choose. Prices may be adjusted for unusually complex or custom requests, and any such adjustment is agreed with you before work begins.
4. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of content revisions (for example, correcting a time or a name). Additional revisions or major design changes may be subject to an extra fee, agreed in advance.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate wedding details and for confirming the draft before publication. You confirm that you have the right to use any names, photos or content you provide to us.
6. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your own content (names, photos, text). The design templates, layout and underlying platform remain the property of LoveLeaf.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful content or in a way that harms the platform or other users.
8. Availability
We aim to keep your invitation online and available throughout the agreed period. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, and we are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your invitation. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
