Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information LoveLeaf collects when you order an online wedding invitation or respond to one, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to create your invitation and run the service.
1. Who we are
LoveLeaf is a studio that creates online wedding invitations for couples in Armenia. In this document, “we”, “us” and “LoveLeaf” refer to the LoveLeaf service. For any privacy question you can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
2. What information we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the names of the couple, the wedding date, time, venue, dress code and any details you choose to add, along with your contact information (name, phone number and email).
When a guest confirms attendance (RSVP) on an invitation, we collect their name, phone number, number of guests and attendance status.
We automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service secure and prevent duplicate or spam submissions.
3. How we use your information
We use the wedding details to build and publish your personal invitation page.
We use your contact details to confirm the order, send updates about your invitation and reply to your questions.
We use guest RSVP data only to provide the couple with their guest list and headcount. We never sell or market to your guests.
4. Guest (RSVP) data
RSVP responses belong to the couple who ordered the invitation. We act as a processor of that data on the couple’s behalf and make it available to them through their dashboard. Guests who wish to update or remove their response can contact the couple or us directly.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate (for example email delivery and hosting), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your chosen language and prevent duplicate RSVP submissions. We do not use cookies for advertising.
7. Data retention
Your invitation and its data remain stored while the page is live and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to a few months following the wedding, depending on your package). You can ask us to delete your invitation and guest data at any time.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
